"They were very prompt when answering questions or issues. The staff was very friendly. However, the kids play area looks like yard sale clutter and the what is suppose to be a private beach is congested with locals bringing in their own tents that even finding a seat with a view of the water seems impossible. As far as the room goes, the theme vision was clear, however needs updates. Ceiling fan needs replaced, took a long time to cool the room down. Never saw a housekeeper in our 3 day...
