"The room wasn’t ready at 4pm as advertised - had to wait an additional 1.5 hour before getting into hot room where the refrigerator didn’t work and water dripped from the bathroom ceiling the entire time. Obviously under staffed. The kicker was the mandatory hidden daily room fee that was not part of the original Expedia offer… buyer be ware"
