"I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent hotel booking and to request a full refund. I have now checked out of the property due to extremely poor conditions that made it impossible for me to continue my stay. Upon arrival, I found that the room was not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable for accommodation that was advertised as suitable for guests. In addition, several essential facilities within the property were not functioning properly, including the lift, which was out of service. This created further inconvenience and raised concerns about the maintenance and safety of the property.
The condition of the hotel was not as described on the booking platform and did not match the images or expectations provided at the time of reservation. I believe this constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation of services. I immediately raised my concerns with the property staff; however, there was no effective response or effort made to resolve the issues or offer an alternative room in acceptable condition. Due to the lack of action and the unacceptable living conditions, I had no choice but to leave the property and discontinue my stay.
