The facility is great, but we find the room a little smaller for 2 people. Breakfast is good with a few choices to choose from and staff are very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. "In Lucerne, this is the best hotel to stay in for the price. The rooms are small, but transportation is convenient and the staff are friendly."

"The hotel was in an excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, a basy array of choice. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable."

"The property does not have any staff on site. Our room did not have any running hot water for both nights we stayed there. Despite multiple attempts via phone calls and messages on the Hotels.com app, we could not reach any hotel staff. The restaurant staff have no idea how to help with the property. The main front door is left unlocked all night, so anyone can access the property and the first floor door which should only allow access to hotel clients is also open all day. Other residents were very noisy with banging doors late at night. The windows do not provide soundproof sleep either, so we noticed road noises from 4am as delivery trucks access this part of the cityz"
