「5 stars customer service. The man at front desk (Sunday 08/17/25 4:15 pm)was polite and friendly. He deserves an employee of the month award. The hotel is neat and clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great complementary breakfast. We're coming back next time we go to a concert in Arcadia theater. This hotel is highly recommended.」

「This home was the perfect place to stay since we have family in Saint Charles. The inside of the home has been totally renovated and is beautiful.A few days after we were leaving, they were starting the process of redoing their entire yard. We haven’t seen it yet, but we are definitely planning on staying there again at some point.Thank you for a wonderful stay!」
