「The hotel was lovely, but the lighting in the room and bath was too dim. Older adults often have eye problems that make low lighting difficult. At least give us the option on turning it higher. Also, we were in room 316, terrible view, and the air conditioner blows on the bed. Lots of hotels do this and we can't figure out why. Otherwise, lovely hotel.」
「A beautiful historical hotel with Hot tub, pool and a great rooftop bar. It’s right across the street from the River, and most down town Restaurants and attractions are easily walkable including The Figge Art Museum, and the Adler Theater. I would love to stay here again. 」
「The staff was the best that I have ever experienced, they handled flash flooding, computer system crash and very rude loud sports teams with a smile and never became flustered. I was impressed with the rules for quiet hours and that staff enforced them.Quiet close door hinges made the stay awesome!」
