Our first experience with B&B

It was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast! It did not disappoint! Beautiful home, so much charm and character comes through every inch of this home. Our room had a king size bed that was truly just as comfortable as our bed at home! The homemade breakfast was a 10/10. We enjoyed sitting around the dining table with the other guest, talking about life and travel. It was truly an unforgettable experience and we plan to stay again.

Amazing place to stay

Absolutely loved our stay at Evan’s Holly Grove Inn. The host was friendly and helpful, the room was cozy, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The historic house was amazing and we enjoyed hearing about its past. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Great visit to a very historic section in Burlington, Iowa. Stayed here while visiting family across the river (Mississippi) in Illinois. Loved this house and its history/furnishings collected by the Owners. Good dining options within easy walking distance.
