"We booked this room and immediately received a text message from the manager there wasn’t any hot water. We just needed a place to sleep and for the kids to swim. Upon check in, the assistant General Manager Sarah, went above and beyond for us. She made sure to have good communication as to why there wasn’t any hot water. She upgraded our room at no cost and didn’t charge us an early check in fee, since we showed up 2 hours prior to check in. She was very knowledgeable about the area and the hotel itself.
I woke up the next morning to start my car and it was dead. I contacted Sarah, and she had Odessa from maintenance come help me with my car. He was super friendly and stood in the freezing cold so I could make sure my car was started.
Sarah also let us stay last check in so I could get my battery replaced. She was so amazing and so accommodating and very professional.
The breakfast area was clean and food was great!
The pool and hot tub were fun for my daughter and her friend, as they thought it was the coolest thing ever they could swim outside in the winter!
I would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely will be back when we come back next year for a dance competition!"
