「Four generations from five states. Ages ranged from 6 to 95. Everyone loved it. It was spotless, the kitchen especially well stocked and the beds really comfortable. Host communication was excellent. Everyone had a great time, from the youngest to the oldest and everyone in between. One note for the host would be to replace the worn out grill.」

「Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else.」

「Great spot in the heart of Beech Mountain town. Walking distance to Fred's, Brick Oven, and everything else worth doing in town. Just a 10-minute drive down the mountain to Banner Elk. And the barbecue downstairs from the unit is worth giving a try. to」

「The house is beautiful! We had a great stay and would stay again, but probably not in winter. The driveway is very steep and when we were there it was covered in thick ice as were the porch and steps leading into the house. We had 4 wheel drive and still had difficulty driving up. I also slipped and fell more than once on the ice, The heat in the downstairs bedroom was not working, someone came to check it and left us space heaters which did keep it warm.」

「We stayed at this beautiful cabin to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and our daughter's high school graduation. Our whole family (including our 6 children, ages 7-19) fit comfortably. We loved the view for the giant living room windows, as well as all the amenities provided...towels, washcloths, sheets, bath soaps, dish liquids and laundry. It was so nice not to have to pack all of those items for our large crew. The beds and wrap around couch were comfortable and great for snuggling in...
