"My room had stained sheets on the bed and when we asked for new linen it wasn’t brought to us until late at night. The mattresses do not fit the bed and hang over the sides. Those are two kind of important things and should probably be addressed."
"Said we had choice between buffet breakfast or Denny’s. Buffet breakfast was a joke and had to go to Denny’s. Took forever when we just wanted to grab a quick bite and go. Denny’s breakfast was great but almost an hour by time we got our food and ate. Busy place"
"This 1960s hotel has been renovated nicely and the rooms were much nicer than you'd expect. It does not have interior hallways but it still felt safe. The close parking is a bit limited but they do have additional parking around the corner. The price seemed reasonable although you do get charged for parking and an 'entertainment fee' for a lounge attached where you can get a couple drinks (beer or wine or mocktail) for the ten or so dollars they charge with this fee. A complimentary breakfast is included and you can upgrade for a few more dollars. The staff were very friendly. I expected more road noise but it wasn't bad at all. Recommended!"
"First, the key card given to me at check in had the wrong number written on it. After three attempts to enter my room, back at front desk , the clerk simply wrote corrected number on card and said Sorry. Very noisy nights, children running the hall. Last, but not least, ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower. BTW, there's no cold water. That faucet simply doesn't work."
"Not easy to enter from the east on Sullivan. We were checking in and the incidental fee upfront we were not expecting, normally motels ask for your card to pay for incidentals after your stay. The room amenties could use some TLC like the coffee maker was missing it's brewing basket, the dresser was missing a drawer, just little things that made the room and bathroom look like it wasn't taken care of well. Parking area was fine, Full Breakfast was good and I am glad the beds were not like sleeping on a soft rock and got two pillows per person. Convenient to food and shopping though."
"This was a wonderful hotel, Nice and clean, quiet even though it was close to the Interstate. We enjoyed the fitness room and the breakfast was good. "
