「Staff and amenities were great. Everything was clean. We did notice that there wasn’t a microwave up in our room so we asked if there was a microwave that we could heat our leftovers up and the staff offered tobring a microwave up to a room so we could use it absolutely amazing. At the pool and hot tub were very clean. And it was our anniversary so I ordered a roses for my wife. They showed up on the day of our anniversary and the arrangement was absolutely amazing.」

「We were looking for a location close to Walla Walla and state parks (Palouse Falls). Dayton is a nice little city and Hardware Hotel is a great place to stay. Hotel was recently renovated with style. Rooms are large with high ceilings, well-equipped (good bedding and bathroom) and we loved the atmosphere. We received room# and access code in advance. No staff onsite but you still reach out if needed (phone or bar next to the lobby during hours)」
