The location of this hotel is perfect. I have stayed here in the winter for a swim meet at Whitworth and stayed here again for a swim meet at Witter pool. The location makes it easy to go downtown or to go north. I also really liked that we had a ground level room which made it easy access for my mom. Will definitely stay again.

My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most.

This property has been remodeled and modern lobby amenities are very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable as the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels this close to downtown Spokane.

The bathrooms were dirty and had stains all over the bathtub and the sink. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The window had no screen so we weren’t able to have it open for the day because bugs would’ve gotten in the room. When the description says β€œbreakfast included” you would think eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. but all they had were frozen burritos and waffles with yogurt and some bread. There wasn’t even a toaster for the bread… just a microwave. I also did not know that this building had no elevators. The staff were nice and the main living area with the beds was quite nice but everything else was meh

The front desk clerk that was working graveyard, April 18-19 was so amazing! She went above and beyond for us! We are so grateful for her! The room was perfect, bed and pillows were so comfortable. Very well kept and nice. We will be staying again. Thank you!

The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable. The property overall appeared clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The free "breakfast" was one of the worst I have encountered at similar motels or hotels that offer free breakfasts. Mostly prepackaged "food-like products", and other unhealthy offerings. Lots of carbs, only white bread, little protein, very little for vegetarians, etc. They need to up their game on breakfast offerings.

The stay was great. Parking available, grab-and-go breakfast fine, staff friendly and rooms clean. Didn't use the wifi. Only downside was the pool and exercise rooms were closed, so if that's important, call ahead. I didn't need them, so having a clean, safe, less-expensive place for a quick overnight trip worked well for me.
