「Stayed for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Nice place kind of felt like home after a long day of play. Nice to have the washer and dryer to keep her uniform clean and fresh. Couch was good to sleep also. Worked out perfect for just me and my daughter. The host was responsive to any question.」

「Our group of 3 adults visited Spokane for a medical procedure. The apartment is a safe, clean, comfortable space with 2 separate bedrooms (including flat screen tv's) and a pull out sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen! It's located downtown so expect some city noise. Easy access to Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Price is great!」

「This place was way better than the reviews! It had plenty of dishes and utensils. Plenty of towels and blankets. It was clean and quiet and perfectly located for all of your downtown needs. Yes the freeway is right there but it was too bad as far as noise. Yes the door in the bedroom did not have a curtain to cover it. But it didn’t really need one as no one would be able to see you. But there was a spare curtain we found in the closet that you could easy put up if it bothered...

「Property is an older home with all its charms, clean anna comfortable. Well stocked kitchen work new appliances. Only one bathroom is the only downfall. Off Street parking is nice. Overall good experience.」

「A group of us stayed here for a concert at the Spokane Arena and it was just perfect for walking to dinner and walking home after the concert. We loved the set up and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!」

「This property was perfect for what we needed while visiting Spokane. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. It is near the highway, which is great for getting around but does expose you to highway noise at night. The owners were thoughtful and placed fans in the closet of the bedrooms which was perfect for masking any highway noise. Very appreciative of them! We will most definitely be staying here for future visits!」

The property was very close to the funeral home we were attending services at so that was very nice. I had hoped to feel ok walking in the neighborhood but we ended up not feeling comfortable doing that. 」

「We were disappointed in the hot tub. Filled the water and flipped the breaker just like the owner said. However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener. The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night.」
