「There were no instructions to work the heat and they wouldn’t stay on so we were cold most of the time. We were told there was only one flight of stairs but there were two with a landing making one of our people have to stay elsewhere and making it hard on our other disabled people to get up. We were personally greeted shortly after checking in. I was staying with my 10-year-old daughter, and we had a great time exploring the place—especially looking for the hidden room and playing pool, video games, darts, foosball, and board games.
