「The room was in excellent condition and clean! Although,I have only one complaint…there was a considerable amount of squirrel dung on the patio porch. In the morning I swept up the dung, went out for activities and when we returned home for the evening there was just as much dung and it was accompanied with flies. It put a damper on our evening plans to relax and enjoy the sun setting. Otherwise all else was marvelous.」

「This property is conveniently located in walking distance from the mall and dozens of restaurants and easy to get to right in the center of Springfield. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. 」

「The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass.」

「It was a very nice condo and was great for our family to be together. Nice quiet location and we love staying at Pointe Royal when we visit Branson.」

「The stay was overall good. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We arrived just after their on-property office closed at 6pm, so we had to check in at a different location. This was different than the 1st time we stayed. Everything was good. The only complaint was that the upstairs attic access (in the closet) was open and the clothes rack was down. We didn't discover it until after midnight so it was scary to sleep with it like that. Also the vertical blinds were difficult...

「Reserved for a break after relocating our son to Branson area for the summer. Our suite was perfect for my husband and me to relax. We had a lake view,the king bed was comfortable and area was quiet. Only drawback, kitchen is equiped with pots, pans, plates, etc. No paper towels and only 1 dish towel/kitchen rag. Easily remedied with quick trip to store.」
