My only warning would be the surroundings and the parking lot could be perceived as unsafe - nothing outrageous but some rowdy folks in the evening, dark parking lot. If you're sensitive about the sort of thing you might want to be careful."

The yard has nice landscaping and very nice lush grass - but no patio furniture so if you're wanting to be outside, bring a folding chair.
