「What a welcome sight after a long drive! Steele’s Cottage is situated on the heights above Vicksburg’s riverfront and the Mississippi River, in a quiet leafy setting. The cottage is an attractive classic, as was our comfortable room - Mrs. Steele’s Bedroom. We’ll long remember our good night’s sleep, tasty dinner at Rusty’s Riverside Grill, and pleasant breakfast in the elegant Duff Green Mansion. A highly recommended experience!」

「It was really nice. I stayed in the out lying rooms. There are huge columns across the porch with rocking chairs. They were named after the actors from the movie filmed in Natchez “The Horse Soldiers” 」

「GardenSong is in a great location! We were able to walk to places we wished to visit in the downtown area. Self check-in worked well. My only issue involves food/drink. A message from GardenSong indicated "Southern Breakfast Included." A second message indicated "Help yourself to a complimentary beverage in your room upon your arrival - cereals and yogurts are available as well." However, we did not notice any food or beverage in the room fridge. I still would recommend this place! I just...

「This property is just as advertised. It was close to everything and everywhere I needed to go. It was spotlessly clean. In fact, the bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Very easy to communicate with the owner and check-in was very simple. It is a very quiet property and very comfortable. It’s perfect for a short stay or an extended stay. I will definitely be using this property again.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this historic cottage. We walked to many areas in Natchez and really enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch. If you like historical homes and don't mind that they are still bring renovated, then you will thoroughly enjoy this place.」
