「Check in process was very disorganized. They had to reassign rooms because some rooms were not ready, even though it was past check in time! Also, the person had the reservation sheets in no order so she had to keep flipping through them to find the right one. In addition to that this property puts a $150.00 hold on your credit card in case you cause damage and this wasn’t explained beforehand. 」

「Love dog friendly hotels, especially those that are really clean like this one! They have some lovely outdoor space to relax, friendly staff, and a nice continental breakfast. The A/C was a bit loud and the blinds only open up, so you can’t have natural light or the window open with any privacy or I would have given 5 stars!」
