"I was charged a $100 “security deposit” when I checked in on top of the charge for the hotel room. It was never refunded despite leaving the room in perfect condition. I’ve never had to pay a security deposit in any hotel I’ve ever stayed. I guess I’m out another $100."

"My stay was accommodating. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Valet parking was too expensive!"

"The room was out of conditioner. I called room service but no one answered. Went downstairs to front desk and there were a line of people with one person working the front desk. No ice machine on our floor."

"One of the coolest rooms I've stayed in. Just wish it had a chair/desk and two night stands. I stayed in the KING DELUXE room but it didnt quite hit the DELUXE title but well worth the money."

"Stayed 6 nights; bed was made only ONCE. Floors weren't cleaned; shoes stuck to the floor! When housekeeping problems were reported at front desk, they didn't even attempt to apologize. Pool was absolutely FILTHY. Another guest stopped me in the hallway to complain about how dirty the floors were in her room. Will NEVER return!"

"Other than the smoke from the casino in the lobby, the stay was very nice. The smoke was really bad during the evening, but not so in the morning."
