「Very bad experience. I registered vis Expedia but they charged extra than booking. Not good rooms conditions, no WIFI facility available. Very bad staff at check-in 」

「Not very clean, the elevator floor and common areas were a little old and needed some repair. Check in was 4pm but check out 11am. I wish the check in was earlier and breakfast was included!」

「Property is beautiful. We had a lodge room that I only regret because it isn't connected to the other buildings. We had torrential rains and we couldn't go anywhere. Biggest issue is no charging stations for EVs. Very inconvenient for guests. 」

「Good: park was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was friendly but very judgmental, ie if you don’t know the proper procedure for using a double tube. Cons: it’s far from the dells, like 15-20 minutes to anything worth seeing. Staff seemed mostly Immigrants, had a hard time communicating with the staff due to their ESL. Overall, you get what you pay for. Good for a quick/cheap trip for a larger group but you better just cook/stay there and not travel into town much. 」

「Everything was fantastic… with the one exception of a bunch of kids, jumping around early morning on the second floor, but that wasn’t horrible. Recommendation would be to put up more hooks for towels and coats.」
