The setting right on Lake Michigan was great!!! At this time of year the summer crowd is gone and it was very quiet and peaceful which is what we wanted from this trip. Very clean and well maintained and even with some work being done in the lobby one morning, still able to go where ever we wanted. We knew the outdoor pool and indoor water park had limited hours and had not planned on using them, but still charged a resort tax/fee. With the off season, we decided to upgrade to a lake front view with balcony and that made this an even more enjoyable get away. I would definitely stay again. Ann

The best thing about this place is the view. The hotel is dirty - The room is dated and it smells like must - bathroom was disgusting - there was mold in the shower and about 2 inches of dust on the bathroom fan - you could tell the basics were only cleaned in the room. The bar service was very slow and the food was not great - the coffee bar was the highlight- nice customer service and the coffee was really good. We did not use the Waterpark as it was a getaway for my husband and I but wow for the prices they charge at this place they need to invest in some deep cleaning. I went to get something for upset stomach and no where had anything. For a resort- their amenities were not great. Will never go again. Awful!

Stayed here for the first time over Memorial Day weekend and my family of 4 will be back. I did t love the food at the hotel, but I liked the staff, the waterpark and the rooms. There is a beach right outside the hotel. It’s a good spot for a long weekend vacation.

This is a great hotel waterpark option for families to get away. The waterpark is clean. Staff is friendly and it’s not too crowded. This is our second stay with them. We will definitely be back.
