「My wife and I had a great week at the Cozy Cottage. Loved the location. Although it is described as cozy, it was plenty spacious for the two of us and our Corgi.」

「It was a nice little cottage with a great view. The property was clean and well appointed as described. The hosts clearly take pride in their property and are responsive and kind. If you are looking for a locale where you can quickly get to a town/shopping/dining, this is not the ideal place, but we enjoyed staying here and explored. Would definitely go back.」

「We really enjoyed our stay in Belmont. I really liked their wall of sports memorabilia. We enjoyed playing darts on their dart board. Also, the next-door neighbor was super friendly to us. It was really nice.」

「This is my new favorite spot!! The sunrises were some of the most magical ones I have ever seen. No hije, I had to wear my sunglasses, inside, to make coffee in the morning. Gorgeous! Jason is wonderful! Very sweet and responded instantly! The cabin is perfect! I love the vintage feel with the modern amenities. I hated to leave and will be back again. Now….if I could only convince Jason to let me live there full time…😁 Thank you for my stay!!」

「We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!」

「As a traveling single female who is also a remote worker, this place is a dream. It's a great small space that has everything you need, Rob and Kayleigh thought of all the details. Check in was easy, it was super clean and inviting, and I felt safe the entire time. I was there for about a month and Rob's communication through out the stay was great, always asking if I need supplies, clean linens, and offering suggestions if needed. 「This house has a big kitchen/living room and comfy beds. Not drinking the well water was odd-would be nice if the water provided was in glass and more plentiful. Also the paddle board was broken which was a bummer but the owner was very responsive and worked with us to make up for that. It’s a sweet cottage.」

「The house is adorable! Only issue that wasn’t even an issue really was the uncertainty of knowing if we were in the front residence or back residence when we arrived. Parking for the back property in in between the two houses. Jen was great to answer questions quickly that we had prior to our stay.」

「Linda was wonderful in her review of the property and was very accommodating in all aspects of our stay. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable including the mattress. We enjoyed the lake and a little fishing. The area is very nice and we did some exploring. It was very quiet and we rarely even saw anyone while we were on the lake. 「Wonderful cottage in a quiet neighborhood on a nice little lake. It is a great setting and was perfect for us to decompress after spending holiday festivities with family. Greg was great to work with and provided all the communication needed to be prepared for the cottage. We are looking to book again due to the proximity to the coast, shopping and restaurants!」
