「This property is very quaint, roomy, and I liked it a lot. It is opposite a tram stop, and it is an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and best of all the beach. The view of the ocean is good. It has plenty of room and a comfortable bed. All in all, I would stay here again. The only disappointment is the amenities included washer and dryer. This was a primary filter of mine in the selection of this place. There is no washer and dryer. Rob」

「We liked the location. South end of Surfer's Paradise. It was quiet. We liked that we had a frig, stove, microwave, dishes, toaster, hot water carafe, balcony with table and chairs, washer and dryer with a sink next to them for rinsing things out. Beach is within walking distance. 1 block from the tram that takes you north and south and easily accessible. Dryer is a bit small so takes a while to dry things. But everything else was good. Reasonable price. Would rent again and recommend. 」
