"The place is very very clean. There is someone cleaning everyday. They also have a hot bath area where you can go and relax. If you love the sauna or hot tub you will love this. The breakfast was awesome, they had pastrami duck and steam duck dumplings. Staff are very friendly and quick to help. I am from New York I am use to the Hilton and this place beats the Hilton in every aspect of the hospitality industry. If I am ever in Japan or anywhere I will be sure to seek this Hotel out. I forgot to mention I stayed at 2 of them 1 in Tokyo and the other in Kyoto and I had the same experience at both. Great Hotel with great people."

"We loved everything about this beautiful hotel including: excellent location steps away from train station, Lawson market next door, big rooms for Japanese standard, impeccable cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general, separate shower/bathtub area from the toilet which is convenient for us since we were 3 in the room, super comfortable beds with down comforter, and oh my gosh the BREAKFAST was incredible and so varied - western and Asian choices galore including many traditional foods and also some to be adventurous with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat"

"We stayed at this for one night only but it was such a wonderful stay. The service was amazing. They helped us ship our bags to our next hotel without any problems. They were professional and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of this hotel is amazing. Restaurants and shops all close by not to mention shopping. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and wanting to be near the train station."
