"It had a sub-par White Spot with unfriendly and slow staff where I was able to get breakfast which was the highlight of the stay. The property smelled, was not clean, staff were unfriendly, the parking was unusually small, and there is little to nothing for entertainment nearby. It may be the worst hotel I've stayed in quite some time. Not recommended, especially with the other excellent hotels in the area. "

"Nice hotel. BUT! I stayed there to make it on time to the airport using their shuttle. Turns out their shuttle does not leave on time, according to schedule, but they might decide to wait for late guests. And so you sit in the shuttle wondering when it will go to the airport and if you will make it to your plane. We also had people standing in the shuttle which is unsafe, as there us nothing for them to hold on to. One person was even carrying a child…"

"Stay was a later evening check in so didn’t really get to view much of the property but check in staff was friendly. Issue encountered is that the window did not lock and it could be slid open from the outside and there were no screens on windows- allows flies, other flying insects in. We asked to be moved and second room had same issue. 3 travelling women, safety is our priority. Third room moved to had locking windows. "

"The property was wonderful. We were so happy to have it in the airport to crash in after a long flight and be spoiled with the great food comfortable beds and cool view of the planes landing and take off from our window. It is sound proof as well!"

"I booked this stay with breakfast included, but unfortunately we didn’t receive it because the booking confirmation stated that no breakfast was included. The staff mentioned that it wasn’t on their end and that this issue happens sometimes when booking through the platform. On a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also offer free parking for guests, which was very convenient. Overall, the stay was still good despite the mix-up. "

"Nice two rooms for the price of one. Kitchen had everything needed for preparing food. It is close to downtown. Very quiet at night. Good breakfast, nice staff and clean room/bathroom. Would stay there again."

"Great hotel to stay when taking a flight. We stayed the night before our flight and the night we returned. We also left our car in their long term parking. It’s a simple hotel but meets all the needs of a short term stay and the shuttle is very convenient "
