「My best friends and I come to Jacksonville for conventions at least once or twice a year. Tabitha and Jenn at the front desk when we arrived on Friday evening were personable, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. They told us to call ahead in advance next time we visit to make sure our rooms are adjoining or close to each other the next time. 「Great service. Newly remodelled and looks great! Free continental breakfast with a waffle station, eggs, and turkey sausage for hot foods. The waffle station you can even make mini waffles. 」

「breakfast was very good ! room was nice and clean ! Only downfall was the shower was for short people. IM 6 1 AND HAD TO SQUAT to shower !」

「Our stay here was wonderful. The room was clean and large. It was ready ahead of time which was a blessing. The staff were all very pleasant and courteous. The amenities were nice although we did use the gym or pool. The bar and continental breakfast was nice! 」

「I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Jacksonville. My stays are always excellent. My only real take away will be to not stay near anyone who is traveling with their pet. I don’t have an issue with the pets being their I just don’t want to hear them barking all day and night. 」
