「Pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The unit had everything needed. A nice kitchenette fully stocked for preparing meals. Comfortable seat with fireplace and TV. Beds provided great sleep. Whirlpool in bathroom was a plus. Back porch right along Ohio River. Enjoyed sounds if nature and barges going up and down river. Very restful and relaxing. 」

「The house was very clean including the bathroom and bedrooms. All rooms had pine board walls, and the smell was very pleasant. Since we were there in the summer, the Mult-split system did a very good job at cooling the main areas, but the bedroom doors had to be left open (or cracked a bit) for the cooled air to reach those sleeping. To help with this, a fan was provided which more than compensated for the issue described above. The kitchen had everything that a couple or a family of five could...
