「Staff was nice and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok. They had some yogurt, bagels, toast and cereal. We had pets and they were accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.」

「It looks reinvestment into fixing/improving the guest experience has been lacking. The room is sparse. We are guessing there once was a chair in the big open space. Also, something funky was going on with the lighting in the bathroom. It looks like the light fixture was replaced with a substanially smaller fixture and if you look through the grate, it looks like a DIY wiring job. It looks like there once was a pool that is now a grass plot. Who knows what kind of cost savings the future holds!」

「Walls are beat up, hard to believe this is the same place that was new 4 years ago. Corner face of table torn off, bed looked disheveled but the other one looked nice and neat...? Carpet turned my white socks brown. Pool was nice, but hot tub was out of order and moldy. Breakfast was busy, ran out of eggs, sausage looks fake, but it was actually very good. Staff was very polite, gave me a room next to an elevator even though the notes requested specifically not next to an elevator. Staff...

「It was a decent place for an over night stay. They only have a Nescafé coffee machine that you have to wait in line for. It wasn’t working right so we should have used the small one in our room. It would make a lot of people happy if they had regular coffee carafes like every other hotel. 」

「Basic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morning」
