"We stayed two nights, It was a great location, quiet, away from the maddening crowd and with exceptional staff and service. Luisa made us quite welcome and introduced us to our room and facilities. "Very serene vibe to this lovely hotel. Great thought and care went into the design. Excellent breakfast with healthy options. Nice lobby area to socialize or relax. Didn’t have time to fully enjoy all the amenities offered. Nearby parking was stressful and confusing. Perhaps better information needed for this aspect. "
"The room was very spacious. Had a refrigerator and a table so that we could buy a few groceries such as cold cuts, bread, wine and cheese to enjoy if we didn’t want to dine out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We would stay there again. "

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful.
