「Everything was great. Very clean, modern space in a great location. Host was available and quick to respond. The only draw back, the stairs from the parking spot to access the apt is a steep winding staircase so if you have any ambulatory issues you would have a problem. The front entrance has stairs but are not bad. We had a young person with us who carried our bags up but I would suggest you use the front entrance to load and unload your stuff. The property was lovely and looked just like the pictures, it was very clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helped us out with anything we needed. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment (two bedroom + living room) was a little tight for us, but we had everything we needed, so our overall experience was very good. The hosts were kind and responsive. Paid parking on the premises was a big plus, since street parking in Montreal can be a nightmare. Would stay there again!」

「The property was fine, but whoever occupied before us left it a little messy. The freezer was left with something and bottom is messy so we did not use the freezer. The coffee maker was dirty with used filter in it. The basement bedroom the sheets looks it was not changed and no towels, one bedroom upstairs has only one towel.」

The host was not there when we stayed, so we had the place to ourselves, but spent most of the time out in the city rather than at the VRBO. Do keep in mind that the closest metro terminal is 2 miles away; we got by with ubering to terminal then metroing into the city with the cheap unlimited weekend tickets.」
