Two things were really good with this apartment: location (central - easy to walk virtually everywhere) and the property manager/owner (?), Olga, who is very nice and fairly responsive.
However:
- the apartment is really dirty; the kitchen looks like a small-town flee market; the kitchen drawers are full of crap and very little useful stuff; absolutely no 'love' went into preparing this apartment for guests.
- The architect/engineer who designed the building, and the garage in particular, must have been working under the influence; the parking spot linked to the apartment is actually quite spacious, but the ramp to access it is absurdly narrow for anything larger than a moped (and, I am pretty sure, illegal) - I have never seen anything like this in my entire life (and I am old and learned to drive in Europe, where space is always an issue); also, for the entire duration of the weekend we spent there, back in February 2023, we did not have a remote control for the garage door that would actually work.
- The place is extremely noisy. There is a club in the basement of the building next door and if you are here over a weekend, even in the winter, expect to be kept awake until 2-3am; Monday nights, on the other hand, are very quiet; I don't want to know what it must be in the summer!
