"Sierra tower deluxe king room was spacious and included a twin sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa had springs sticking out the side. Room definitely could have been cleaner, but it met a minimum standard. Hotel staff was very nice. "

"This is the second time I have stayed at this facility. Impressed with the expensive fixtures, carpet, and construction evident in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly at check in. Plenty of safe parking witch is appreciated if you drive a vehicle you are concerned about and unlike some Tahoe "resorts" it is free."

"Definitely not worth the $$. They want to charge resort fees and the staff is far from resort quality. As far as the room goes, it probably hadn't been dusted in several years and the tub drained super slow. When it was time for check out the bell hop came for our luggage one of us rode down with him and the other went for the car. He took our luggage to a room and not straight to the car. Not sure the reason why when I was waiting."

"why a resort fee? I called the first night saying I need a new fridge since it wasn't getting cold. He said he'd bring it over in 30 mins. No one ever showed. Our toilet was having issues. Very outdated hotel and area just seemed like homeless and ghetto? I stayed at Grand Sierra and sadly we dont have a choice since its "stay to play" for kids tournament"

"Barley any employees around. It’s a virtual check in so you’re not talking face to face in person. It’s face to face with a computer. The room itself was clean and fine for one night. The property is sketchy. "

"Really liked Katie who checked us in. Got us a room on the bottom floor which we appreciated. The breakfast on Sat. was nice but on Sunday lacked food and plates. Felt bad for the girl that was running it...she was overwhelmed but very nice."

"Very nasty and smelly hotel, the bed uncomfortable, the manager was rude when I ask him to change my room , he said no and you can leave and find a better hotel . Unclean and very old hotel. Don’t stay there!!"
