「Our unit was as pictured online: basic efficiency with Murphy bed (low to the floor so not for elderly or persons that have difficulty standing up from low chairs /beds), decor in knotty pine cabin motiff. Pleasantly surprised to learn that there were kayaks available on property right next to lake shore that could be signed out for one hour at a time for no additional cost to guests. 「Nice place! Communication with the host was excellent. If you are short, be aware the bed is tall. Comfortable but too tall to sit on to put your socks on. Would not stop me from staying there again. didn't use the pool but I have to rate it to post this. 」

「What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. 「The unit was older then I envisioned and it sure showed , The carpet needs to replaced ASAP there were numerous stains throughout, several blinds were broken and cracked, living room lamp was falling apart, the couch was uncomfortable, appliances were out dated. The thing we were most disappointed with was the lack of AC in the unit although there was a thermostat but it didn’t blow cool air They do provide a couple of box fans which helped with the uncomfortable conditions though 」

「The instructions were succinct and easy to follow, the condo is lovely, cozy, and well-appointed! It was clean and had just about everything we needed : close to the venue of our conference, cozy and comfy. Loved having our own kitchen and two full baths! 」

「Our Family had a quick weekend at the lake and felt like we were in our own home with everything that was provided. Also, the beds were so comfy. And being summer with a little heat, the cooling units and fans were much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio beneath the pines and beside the flowing creek. The hosts were super responsive. We will keep this unit on our “return to” list.」
