"Property has not been kept up - current and old leaks are apparent in walls and ceilings, a/c broken, clumps of dust were stuck on bottom of mattress when pulled out the sofabed, more than just a dusting of dust on the fans put in the room as substitute for broken a/c (that was supposed to be included in room rate, and which was not mentioned to us as not being available ), etc. Sense is of a place that has either fallen on hard times or doesn’t want to spend any money to maintain the property. "Séjour d'une nuit nous avons été surclassé t2 au lieu d'un studio. Par contre problème de climatisation dans la chambre nous avons dû dormir dans le canapé lit. Parking gratuit devant la résidence. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine car il faisait encore très très chaud à 19h. Cuisine bien équipée. Petit-déjeuner correct pour le prix. Le personnel est super."
