"The manager Florien was a gem. We got lost & he came to rescue us. A lovely warm welcome. We got an upgrade to the big suite and he carried our bags upstairs. Gave us a tour of the property. Such a delightful man. This guy should teach others at customer service school. Room and bathroom beautiful. Then the breakfast. OMG. Amazing. One of our best stays."

"Staying with Martine & Patrice is such a great thing to do if visiting the region. Off the beaten track, away from the crowds and a delightful drive winding over a small hill/mountain range to get there. Once there it is like a gorgeous home away from home. The food is delicious and they are so very welcoming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

They are quite accommodating, gracious, happy to help, and Marie makes an effort to speak English. Food and wine were amazing. "A wonderful remote setting in a beautiful building. The small village itself has a couple of restaurants and ice cream shops for a nice slow stroll. The hotel had incredibly friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to help. Especially when my limited French ran out and we were able to switch to English too. The room was very warm with no air conditioning. I would recommend mosquito spray if going in the summer months as they were quite prevalent in the area. Unfortunately there...

"Nous avons passé une nuit à 2 la veille d'une journée au zoo. Cet hôtel est charmant. Il est en cours de restauration. J'avais lu des commentaires avant, concernant la présence de moquette dans la chambre, donc cela ne m'a pas choqué, même si je n'aime pas ça. La chambre était très propre, la salle de bain un peu moins mais globalement propre. Il y avait quelques défauts de finitions dans les travaux effectués dans la salle de bain. "Impressive building and facilities, with good location and view. We arrived at 7.00pm and left at 6.00am the next morning to catch our flight so we saw no staff and few guests in that time. But we had a very quiet night which was just what we wanted. Would use it again."
