「When I visit Madison I usually stay near the capitol, but that wasn’t available. This location is a bit further but a winner - parking was free and easy, bike share (b-cycle) dock on property, right on bike/foot path to Lake Monona and downtown. Great for morning walks and getting back and forth. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Rooms have a strange layout with closet in bathroom- but a minor issue」

「Checkin was good, the staff was fine. The room was good and clean, the shower was good. The hot tub and pool both were functioning. Everything was fine but it was almost 230 for 1 night. The hotel was dated, and nothing was new about it. the room was very average. I have stayed in nicer hotels for a lot less. I guess it is just how much Madison costs, but wow. This is WI not LA」

「Great option for visitors to Madison who don’t want to stay right in the city. We were there for the UW graduation and were happy to escape the hubbub at the end of each day and enjoy this peaceful oasis. The staff was wonderful, the room was nice and the fitness center was convenient. 」

「I'm not sure what was going on during our stay. The rooms were clean but we didn't have tv remotes for the tvs. My room didn't have any garbage cans and breakfast never did happen. May have been some updates going on with low staffing and they weren't ready for guests but I'm not sure.」
