「部屋が予想していたより狭かった。 書類のプリントが難しくサービスもあまり良くなかった。 タクシーをホテルを通して頼んだがなかなか来なくて次のイベントに遅れそうになった。ホテルのサービスは手厚くなかった。」

「I love staying at this hotel. It is always my first choice when staying in Madison. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. The location is so convenient. The room and common areas are kept very clean. The only reason I took away one star for cleanliness is the guest laundry room. Laundry access is a huge selling feature for me on this hotel (laundry is so important to me for longer hotel stays) but during my recent stay I noticed that the washing machines smelled...
