I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. The reception desk...

"Communication with the person checking me in could have been improved, but the property is fantastic. Very comfortable, quiet and complete with all necessary appliances. The location is wonderful, a 5 min walk from battersea power station. Very nice vibe. Recommend."
