"We had a good stay. Nice lobby and reception area. But the room was a bit run down. Not up to 5 star standard...despite being a premium room. Good service overall and lounge area had a fun atmosphere in the evenings with music and happy hour drinks. Location is excellent"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we got a couple of soft drinks from the bar and another guest accidentally knocked into me and spilled the drinks, the bar quickly replaced them at no charge. On our first night there we were very tired and ordered room service. They were very quick and the hamburger I ordered was the best I ever had. It tasted like it was home cooked. Checking in and out was a breeze. They also have room safes and we felt very safe while we were there. I can't wait until we can go back! Don't forget your universal outlet adapter if you're coming from the US."
