The best stay in Indonesia.

Excellent,room is clean

Newly opened in June 2016, the hotel still has the energy and excitement of Day 1. Rooms are spacious, well lit and cozy. The lobby bar is swanky and romantic (live Paino) and the 20th Floor bar and balcony offer great views while unwinding. But Four Seasons is all about service and you will not be disappointed. If you're deciding on this hotel versus Raffles, then Four Seasons wins. Those are the only hotels I've stayed in at Jakarta.

Upon entering the hotel drive you're greeting by security which is thorough but not obtrusive. The lobby is on the 21st floor as well is the lounge. There is a another lounge/restaurant on the 8th floor. Pool and fitness center on 8th floor. The 21st floor lounge offers 5 different meals a day that are inclusive of your rate. Good location. Good value. Good service. Restaurant ok, not great.

Great hotel

Absolutely amazing here.

If you want to experience a local neighborhood in South Jakarta this is the perfect place. Great location (near the French School & Lycee, and not far from Kemang Raya & Cipete Raya), friendly staff, a gym+pool, and nice clean rooms. Continental breakfast delivered to room a nice touch, but could be improved by including tea or coffee in the price.... I recommend White Tree Residence highly.

Great staff, reception and concierge. We like Lobo staff too. Lots of love from these people to us. Thanks!

Bday gift for my sister and family stayed weekend, thank you for the wonderful services and the cake . They had a blast

Very courteous staff!

All the staff at this hotel is welcoming. The breakfast is really good and the location is great. Try this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

A perfect stay at the Dwijaya House Pakubuwono. It looked small and in a small street, but it actually huge and very nice. Very helpful and friendly staff%. Clean, close to everything, beautiful and a lot of greens (plants), make the place more beautiful. Excellent. They helped keeping my luggage’s when I was on my medical surgery. Kind and very helpful staff.
