Loved our stay - will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay - rooms were clean, and with their own personality / charm. Drinks at the bar were good, breakfast offered a good selection and all staff were super friendly + helpful - Raja and Fernando in particular in the bar, and Ferry as part of the concierge team all very easy to talk to and offered help throughout our stay. Also great location to local bars, restaurants and GBK Stadium.

Great Hotel!

Hotel is nice and new, well appointed and in an excellent mall. If your meetings are in SCBD, the location is great. Otherwise, moving in and out during office hours can take a while.

Family staycation

Excellent service experienced right from the beginning in front desk reception (Ms Anggi), throughout the stay ( housekeeping, breakfast, facilities ) down to a very swift checkout. Request for a high floor was granted and came with stunning view of the SCBD skyscrapers. Apartment was in prime condition ( seemed brand new ) with abundant of amenities and appliances working well. Overall a great staycation and we would love to come back again soon.
