Excellent staff: very helpful and responsive. Great location next to a shopping mall that has a food hall with wide variety of foods on offer at very cheap prices, plus some more up-market restaurants. Wide range of shops including a useful supermarket. Taxis readily available in the area, allowing you to get straight on to major north-south and east-west arterial roads. The Light Rapid Transit (train) passes close by, as do Transjakarta buses. We felt that the kitchen was not very well equipped with crockery/cutlery; otherwise fine, and very spacious. This was our second time here, and we were disappointed that our second apartment had a couple of problems when we checked in: air-conditioning not working, safe deposit box not working.

The place and room were extremely clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly and professional especially Sherina. She was the best. The breakfast is Yummy but way too oily. The place is very clean.
