When check out, they asked me to wait until they finish checked the room, and they found dirty spot on towel, and asked me to pay for buy new one. Never happened hotel asked to pay because of the towel that we used is has dirty spot that you can even tell, maybe is already there, and the other hand I never complained for the pillow case that has yellow spot too, i just don’t use that pillow, i mentioned this because they asked me to pay for the towel that we used had dirty spot.
Bad experience .
