Thanks for a great stay ! Staff, Room cleaning & Buffet Breakfast, lunch & Afternoon tea were all superb. Restaurant 1920 in the hotel was amazing with great entertainment. Would recommend this hotel for the price & location as well.

Great location

Good hotel in a great central location in Kemang. The hotel has two great restaurants - Oro & 1920 - while other good dining places are in easy walking distance.

Service was amazing, super friendly and accommodating. Additionally; the bar downstairs “1920s Lounge” has some of the best staff I’ve ever met, highly recommend staying here.

For Kemang, this is a really good property to stay at. I moved here from another hotel in Jakarta Selatan so that I could be within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Good location.

We took breakfast at the hotel every day. We like many variety of food in the restaurant, indonesian and western and so on. All staffs were so calm and kind. We were relaxed very much. Near hotel there is Lippo Mall Keman, there are so many good restaurants, so every night we enjoyed dinner there. This time we moved around in southern area with my family 5 members, so location was very nice. For family we confirm this hotel is one of best choice. best regards,

The staff is the best part of the experience. Rama and the rest of the front desk staff were excellent. The front door men, the staff at breakfast, the staff at Oro restaurant and Christian and the staff at 1920s. Truly kind and hardworking. The facilities itself were not that great. Small cockroaches in the room. Bedding and towels smelled odd. Corners and crevices caked with old guck from over the years. Definitely needs to be updated.

This property probably was a 4-star hotel a long time ago but now it’s a 3. The hallway carpet is torn and the AC in my room didn’t get to the low temperature I wanted even after the maintenance crew adjusted it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Really disappointing

The hotel was not what I expected for a 4 star hotel. The whole hotel was really shabby and tired. The air conditioning was running so fast that the whole hotel smelled of mold. My room was as bad as the rest of the hotel and the drone of the air conditioning was so loud I needed earplugs. Breakfast was reasonably good. I cut my stay and changed hotel. The area was a good 30 minute drive to the city centre, and the airport was well over an hour away. The distances shown on the hotel website do not correspond with the actual driving time.
