「Overall the syay was fine. It was last minute as we chose to stay overnight in spokane to be closer to out very sick dog who was being treated at the pet emergency clinic. The beds were average but it worked for us. The staff was veey friendly and I witnessed great customer service from a staff member to an older gal who was likely seeking treatment down the road. She helped get her coffee and went beyond to help her which was nice to see. I would say if you are going to do the complimentary...

「Side and rear doors don't close and lock. Not a safe and secure building. Building old and run down. Beds not very comfortable. Holes in wall where a mirror or picture hung. 」

「Felt incredibly unsafe at the hotel, staff were routinely seen on the phone, listening to music, laying around in the lobby, stealing food from the buffet, coughing on the buffet, and more. The “cleaner” picked up garbage without gloves then touched the elevator buttons, and everything smelled so strongly of cigarettes and urine. When I asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere they declined.」

「The rooms were clean and well kept. The Breakfast left alot to be desired, I was very disappointed. It was the worst presented breakfast I have witness in my month of travelling this summer.」

「Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.」

「The breakfast at Denny’s was convenient and the staff was helpful with both our late arrival and a suggestion for sightseeing.」

「The room was filthy, broken furniture, stains on furniture and walls. Smelled like stale smoke and dirt. The pool was advertised as seasonal and it was the 4th of July and 85 degrees but was not in working order. We left right away. There was no way my daughter , myself, and my grandchildren could safely stay there.」

「Clean room. Hot tub was very nice. They give you 2 vouchers for breakfast at Dennys next door.」

「The room and premises were great. The wi-fi was an issue, we were told it was new and had problems - it did. The location is not great, far from anything walkable, although close to Expressway. The breakfast and breakfast room facilities were good, our room's design and condition were very good. The Inn entrance requires a room key or call to open door, probably because of neighborhood . Everything was clean and well-maintained.」
