「AC went out in the middle of the night and it was in the upper 90’s and this is not the first time our AC has gone out at this location. This happened to us a few years ago. We normally come back because the property is clean overall just not maintained the bathroom had a funky smell and was leaking water. It was horrible. We reported all of it the next day and they fixed it they did comp us the night before for our inconvenience but my husband and I have agreed to not return.」

「Clean room, great breakfast option included. Lots of tables and different selections of foods. This is our second Best Western in the last month and I must say I am becoming a believer in this chain. I grew up with Them and I always looked at them differently, and as I traveled a lot for my last career, I saw many different chains. I am totally becoming a fan again. Great job. I will look for these now as we travel in the future....great job」
