「The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! 「Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. 「While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.」

「This was an amazing place to stay. The condo unit was squeaky clean and the overall resort property was well put-together. This unit isn’t a far walk at all from the pool and the beach, maybe 3-5 minutes at most. We really enjoyed having a full, renovated kitchen to cook meals in - the appliances were far nicer than you’ll find in many rentals. The staff at Oceanside Properties were so friendly and accommodating when we communicated via email and text. We will certainly be back!」
