  • Unwind at this peaceful, centrally located ocean-view condo in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach. Situated in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you'll have direct beach access and be just two blocks from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. This fully equipped villa features a comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, smart TVs, strong WiFi, and included bikes & beach chairs—everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! 🌊☀️🚲

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

    Located in South Forest Beach, just 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with dozens of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Walking distance to Lowcountry Celebration Park with a huge children's playground, outdoor fitness trail and equipment and live entertainment.

    We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Had the best time staying at Kendall’s property! It was in a perfect location being by the beach and centralized to restaurants/bars! It was the perfect space for me and my best friend for a long weekend, I highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My husband, college age daughter and I spent a quick weekend in HH for some much needed beach time. We have stayed at Seaside Villas and love the location! This condo was close to the beach access, had a ocean view, cute decor and two bikes to enjoy! The owners provided a sweet gift and great communication! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The property is steps away from the beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. Anything that you may want to drive to isn't far away either. The hosts were very helpful with everything we may have needed and.were very kind.

Fantastic Condo in HHI

Fantastic condo a short walk from Coligny. Condo had every amenity needed, was clean and very well maintained! Property managers were prompt and very helpful (Our entry code wasn’t working when we arrived, and they corrected instantly)! Will definitely keep this property in mind when heading to the island in the future!

The place was clean and in good location. The host interaction was good. The space was so small there was no room to open suitcases, put bathroom needs, etc. it was much smaller than I thought. Will have to be more aware of that in the future. A charge if 125 was made for cleaning but we were asked to take a trash bag down.

Super clean with amazing beach access that is a lot less crowded than other beaches. There is some extra beach stuff laying around the house that could really come in handy if you forgot any of your stuff. The host was extremely polite and communicative. I’d come back here 100%.

Very nice time in Hilton Head at Seaside Villas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is exactly as described while being very clean and well stocked with everyday items. The location was very convenient to the beach and dining. The bikes were an extra bonus and they were new. Communication from the host was excellent and they check to see if we need anything a couple times during our stay. We had a nice vacation and will be back.

The host was very responsive. We received the gate and room codes the morning we traveled and later she let us know that the room was ready early, which worked out great! The room was clean and is perfect for two people. The kitchen has every thing that you need for your stay and we loved the shower and the bed is comfortable too! The beach is steps away and is beautiful. Unfortunately we didn’t use the bikes but the chairs are good but bring your own umbrella. We ate at Okko, really good and Red Fish decent and if you like wine you can pick your own bottle of wine! If you like Italian food then Ombra is a must, but . We had great weather and an awesome time!

My gf and I needed a break so I booked this condo last minute. Everything was perfect for the 2 of us. They had cookies waiting on us that my gf loved so much she asked who made them so we could get more. The power went out one night, and after trying everything I knew to do, I called Kendall and they were there to fix the problem within minutes. It was nothing short of perfect, and we will definitely be booking again!

The room was clean and it has everything we needed for our stay. We ate most meals in and there was sufficient cookware and utensils and the dishwasher was an added bonus. The beach view was beautiful and the walk was easy and a short distance. Kendalll was an excellent host providing information as I needed it and made sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.
