"This is my second stay at this property & next time I come to the city, I’ll stay there again! The staff is primarily friendly & helpful. Most of them go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect! Love the neighborhood & this property!"

"Check in was quick. The front desk was extremely helpful when needed (for an extra towel). Hotel was very clean and well kept upon entering and in the rooms. Location was perfect for a very quick walk to Times Square, Hells Kitchen, and many other areas of interest. Coffee/cafe right outside of the entrance, as well.
Only issue was the elevator service. Mornings (checkout time) both days there were only two of four elevators in service...eventually leading to the14 floor hike down. "
"I loved that we were close to Grand Central to be able to travel to so many parts of New York. The walk to Time Square is less than 30 minutes and around 15 minutes to Rockerfeller ane other shopping areas. The Hotel was amazing and the rooms were so clean and spacious. We loved our stay and would stay again when we visity NY. "
