「Fantastic location. Spacious clean room. Very accommodating - I requested for a baby crib which they said they didn’t have initially but when I got there, it was there. Always kept an eye on the guests and would check in to see if everything was ok. I asked for late checkout on the day and they gave it to us without additional charge. The downsides were… 1. 「Host was awful! Never responded to my texts messages, took forever to respond via app. The guest pullout bed was tiny and short and stiff and a board. Had no sheets , comforters or pillows! The thermostat was broken and we basically froze at night ( December) . Will not be coming back to this host! 」

There were a few challenges as I received an access code for the building but the code had expired. Additionally, we did not receive a code for the unit itself.Someone let us into the building but we waited over 45 minutes to get into the unit because there was nobody at the desk to help us access the code we needed and nobody responded to the text I sent. 「The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. 」

「部屋はまあ受け入れることができるが、廊下が非常に臭いので部屋まで臭い。シャワートイレは毎日清掃がされている。バスタオルは生乾きの菌が繁殖した匂いがするが5日間交換無し。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていて、交換をお願いしたら出来ないとの回答。電子レンジももちろん壊れていた。 受付スタッフは何も把握していなく、ただ受付をするだけで対応は何もしない。全てにおいてテキトーなのでデポジットが返ってくるか本当に心配。」
