"Beautiful property all around. It was very clean and the perfect place to stay to access the beach and town of Akumal. We enjoyed the pool to cool off on hot days and it is very comfortable for medium to large groups. Gorgeous ocean side view as well. Overall a great place to stay."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fantastic location. The pool, kayaks and and house keeping were great. The only downside was the lack of comfortable living room seating. For practical reasons the couches are concrete but the cushions don't make them comfortable."

The owner was very active in checking on us and taking care of a few small things immediately. Great air conditioning in each bedroom. Wonderful to have a private bath for each bedroom. Comfortable group living area and the large dining table sat our full group of 11 with room for 1 more. Housekeeping and groundskeeping everyday was excellent to have. Gated and manned security 24/7 helped our group feel well looked after. Will stay here again on our next trip to Akumal."

"The house is beautiful and well equipped. The pool and outdoor space is very well maintained by Beto and Maria keeps the house spotless. Chef Richard prepared dinners for us and they were all delicious and plated beautifully. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Gina addressed any questions we had promptly."
